This community was started back in 2002 in the beautiful area of Toano, Virginia, in James City County. This family-oriented neighborhood has 179 homes and includes walking trails, a recreation area, and detention ponds.

We are minutes from getting to Interstate 64 which allows our residents to quickly head to work or shopping be it in Richmond, Newport News, or beyond. We are fifteen minutes from Colonial Williamsburg, twenty minutes from Busch Gardens, and an hour from Virginia Beach.

Not Getting Post From the HOA?

It is the homeowner's responsibility to inform the HOA Management Company of your new address if you rent your home, move, or utilize a different mailing address than your Fenwick Hills address.
All correspondence, including annual HOA dues, will be mailed to the address on record. If you need to update your address, please use this form to do so. Remember that forwarding requests at the US Postal Service are limited in time. Therefore, please update your mailing address if you still own your home in Fenwick Hills but are no longer living there.
